This is Oxford is one of our favourite annual events. For this incredible party, we bring in our top team of engineers and technicians to work with the event promotors and Student Union. Together, we make sure all 3000 people in attendance have a great time dancing, singing, and creating memories to last a lifetime. Luminaire Events has provided a turn-key event design and management solution for our end-of-year and arrivals events held for 3,000 students since 2018. The team designed the sites including all stages, production, structures, infrastructure and management plans and delivered the event to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring all attendees had a great time and the site looked fantastic. Their understanding of our demographic, their attention to detail and their flexible approach when it comes to understanding University and Licensing imposed restrictions and considerations made our planning processes much simpler, and they delivered in all areas to an extremely high standard, with student experience at the forefront of their implementation.
